The above rate is a non-commissionable
rate, single or double occupancy plus
Clark County room tax that is currently
at 9% and Energy Surcharge at $3.27 per
room per night. Additional guests are
$15.00 each per night and children
12-years of age and under stay free when
sharing accommodations with an adult.
ROOM RESERVATIONS:
Room reservation will be made via
individual phone in by calling the HOTEL
at (800) 634-6966 (in the Continental
United States) or (702)-794-8200. Please
identify yourself as being with the
Independent Supreme Council.
Please indicate if one
(1) king or two (2) double beds would be
preferred, along with smoking and
non-smoking preferences, and if any
handicap rooms will be required. We
request that all changes be made in
writing to the Sales office no later
than 7 days prior to arrival date. You
may contact the Sales office Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Pacific Time. Also please note there
must be at least one person registered
in the room that is 21 years old, or
older. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE ON
THIS POLICY.
The HOTEL does not
accept Saturday arrivals.
CUT OFF DATE:
The cut off date
for room reservations will be July 25,
2006.
Rooms not accounted for by this date
will be released to the HOTEL.
PLEASE NOTE ONCE
YOUR CUT OFF DATE HAS PAST YOUR RATE
WILL BE AT THE CURRENT PREVAILING RATE.
DEPOSIT / PAYMENT:
All
individuals will be responsible for
their own room, tax, and incidental
charges. The HOTEL requires a deposit
equal to one (1) night’s room and tax in
order to confirm reservations on a
definite basis. The HOTEL will not hold
any reservation unless guaranteed.
Pre-registration will began March 1,
2006 and will end July 15 2006.
The registration cost is $75.00 for
members. After the deadline date of
July 15, 2006 the registration cost
will be $85.00 for members.
In
accordance with the Ancient usage’s and
customs of Freemasonry and not
otherwise: all members are expected to
present without fail.
